Thanks for the heads up. I used the digital coupon and got three briskets at a $1.97 a pound. While I was there I picked up two pork shoulders for $1.49 a lb. Saved a good bit of cash.
No, just my buckshot reloads mostly. Only failures I've had were with the light target loads, but it is still barely broken in. I've probably only put 100 rounds of my reloads through it.
Also, all parts with this are compatible with genuine Benelli parts to my knowledge.
I've had good luck with my SDS S4 Benelli M4 clone. It's a Turkish made shotgun if you're wondering where it was made. I would consider it a kit, it's something you may have to work on and perhaps tweak a little bit. But you're only paying $384 as opposed to what it would cost for a real...
Trigger slap is generally not related to whether it is over gassed or not. One of my 9mm AKs has bad trigger slap but I attribute that to the trigger group. Wish there were still Tapco trigger groups being sold.
Have you thought about trying to do it yourself? Can't be worse than the last guy.

I've redone an AK barrel groove like that before. Find something the right dia. to fit into the groove, some kind of mild steel. rod, a nail maybe though nails aren't mild steel. Cut it to length, but a little shorter. Weld it on each end then grind the rest down. You just filled the slot...
I've done it a lot. Figured out it was a waste of time. Temp. has a huge effect on performance. Might hit like a slug, might not depending on temp. If they get too warm, the shells can distort making them unable to chamber.
I'm new to loading shotshell as well. Something I just ran into myself, is I thought I was having light firing pin strikes and needed to replace the hammer spring on my Benelli clone. No failures to fire, they just looked light. Turns out I'm using wolf 209 primers, and they just happen to be...
I'd blame the mag. Been running my 45 AR for a while now and never had that problem. I used a New Frontier Armory lower, and I don't believe they are better that Angstadt Arms. In fact maybe not as good.
Most of these guns are in such good condition because they were never even fired. Late production guns were never issued because the 30/40 Krag came out. The Trapdoors were kept storage and sold by the CMP in the 1950's. I've read you could buy a rifle and 100 rnds for $15. I have one and...
HK's are roller delayed, I know CMMG has the radial delayed system. I got the system in 45 acp to play with. You will definately get higher velocities with the bolt closed longer, but with the radial delayed system, it shouldn't make the loads less safe so to speak and have higher pressures...
I've built my fair share of AKs. Have several dozen how to videos on YouTube showing the process. If you know about bending flats you know the work involved. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE do an AK build right now due to cost of parts.
