    One thing that is positive about someone allegedly posting something that is overpriced ....is that if I have a similar item up for sale, at more in line with market values, mine seems cheap by comparison. Helps me to make the sale.

    It's not allowed on property. Because the OWNER will tell you to stop or leave, and if you stay and continue, you are trespassing. And NO ONE has a right to trespass. But to my surprise, some believe they do.
