    Good ones are good. It will never be the same as an actually fried food. IMO, unless you're getting a really good one, skip it. Unless you're doing it for health reasons. This is said with some exceptions. It can do a good job cooking/baking and might be worth it economically vs the oven...

    Recipe sounds good. I gotta taste some of the vinegar in my stew personally. Would definitely add some corn and Lima type beens though.

    Got some seeds years back for some type of yellow tomatoes. They were the only tomatos that did well and we're great on blt's.

    Def is imo. It has more of the fat. The fats great when not overcooked.

    I put huge dollops on my plate then spread it around and put the meat on top. Id find it hard to eat prime rib without the horse radish and sour cream. Some times I add just a bit of lemon juice to it.
