GM still provides (some) parts and there is still (some) aftermarket and NOS. A lot of Saturn stuff is out of the GM parts bin.

No sir. It's like it's been pulled and went back up and won't release

Smack the retractor with a hammer

THey have a pendulum weight that locks the belt when you hit the brakes really hard

It could have a French fry jammed in it
