.357 Hunting Load / Round Help

Federal's 180 castcore works well as does the 180 grain partition that Winchester loads. I've also used the Remington Corelokt, and the Cor-Bon 180's. Just pick a hunting load and not a self defense load 158 grains and up and you'll be fine.

14 grains of 2400 under a Winchester 158 gr. HP has put quite a few deer in the freezer with a S&W model 19 4in.

Leverrevolution but ive only shot it thru a rifle
A full power lead bullet in 158g or 180g has killed a whole lotta deer as well
