Theres no way I will find him.. hes bleeding quite a bit still 500 yards. I would have to knock on everyones door in the neighborhood to find him. Crazy thing is I’m still on his blood trail!!

Certainly hope you do find it. Is the blood straight down or off to both sides of the trail?

I shot one three years ago at 10 am . Jumped him twice then backed out. Went back at 9pm with aid of tracking dog. Found him over a mile from the crossbow bolt where it stuck in the ground from the exit side of deer. Distance Was verified by the dogs gps collar. Give him more time. Contact a tracker with a dog. I would have NEVER found mine without the dog.
