If you can get a tracking dog and haven't scented up the area a good dog will find your deer.

Those bucks can be some unbelievably tough and determined animals. I’ve seen and lived through this exact scenario my fair share of times. It’s crazy how much they can endure.

You don’t even need a tracking dog we would stick a decent minded dogs nose in the blood and 4/5 times it goes directly to the deer
