I'm sorry you didn't find him. I know it is hard to swallow but unfortunately it does happen. You have given it your all. Don't be discouraged.
I had a stand close to an impenetrable swampy area. Lost a few in there. We called it the deer cemetery. Sux to loose one. Bout as bad as that nice un out there bout 75 yrds, no shot with a bow

No, I didn’t really have any time after the drone guy left. I have to work tomorrow so I will only have an hour or two maybe to get a dog out there. No deer showed up on the drone so a dog may be a waste of time. I’m not sure though, I will have to sleep on it
