I'd feel better if you could explain why people use "CCW" when they are referring to a license or permit. It happens all across the country.

Just to make sure they’re most likely not selling to a felon that’s refrained from purchasing a firearm legally. The thinking is, if you can clear the background check and obtain a CCW, you’re gtg so sellers did their “due diligence”. Also obviously to see if you’re of legal age to own a firearm (pistol).

You can own a pistol at 18 in ga according to 16-11-101.1 just can't buy a handgun from a ffl at 18 gun laws are pretty complex and confusing

The parties can stipulate to admitting the polygraph prior to its administration, and both parties are bound by the stipulation. So under that circumstance polygraphs are admissible in the courts of many states.

If I cared enough I could find some cases, but I don't.


New Mexico admits them without a stipulation but with many conditions.

I think all these people that want the government to approve and vet the people that they sell a gun too are going to be real happy when Biden, Schumer and Nancy start issuing gun ownership permits. Yaaaaay !
