Adventure Outdoors painted my gun the wrong color. Why I'm upset.

Dang man- incredibly sorry to hear what's been going on. If it makes any difference, AO will never see me in their store and damn sure won't be touching any of my guns. So there's a little lost business for them.

And as far as what you do to the guns that belong to you, definitely do what you want. It's your gun and you should definitely be happy with it! I think everybody else is just jealous that they don't have a limited edition Colt. (Myself included :) )

Sounds like they have no interest in fixing it or making sure you're completely satisfied. You need to move on and get I t back at no expense to you, then take to someone who cares about their customers.

My my offer still stands to fix their attempt for far less.

So where are the AO spies?

Big gun community like the ODT I'm sure some of them are on.

Maybe they can chime in on why their store sucks!

I know one guy from AO is on here. But he's a counter guy and was very nice when I bought a SR1911 from him early this year for $529. I forgot his username but he was extremely nice and knowledgable.

There was a situation, when I asked one guy some questions I kind of knew the answers to already, and he completely mislead me and flat out lied about an item. I literary walked away to another gentleman and asked him to help me. When this doofus suddenly comes over and tells the other sales guy that I wouldn't buy a gun from him because he was black.

I told him money is color blind. He didn't like that. Idiot.

AO is the only anti-gun gun store i've ever been to. Hoenstly, i've bought one or two guns from there but their customer service is so bad i can't stand to go in there most of the time.

I would not say "anti-gun store". Jay & Eric Wallace do A LOT for the 2A Movement and the NRA.

Is AO customer's service lacking? Yes.

Are they "anti-gun"? No, that's a ridiculous statement. They sell guns, how could they possibly be anti anything they sell?
