It's a fact that china is buying up PM's faster than any country ever has. They have also started doing energy deals in currency other than the dollar. The are also part of BRICS. The thing of it is that the Chinese are even really being malicious about it, only behaving in their own best interests. They are buying up world resources because they have billions of people to feed, house, and employ.

You want to blame anyone, blame our own politicians, corporate and Wall St. traders, who intentionally sold the US's dominance out to make a quick buck. But after you finish with them, point the finger at yourself if you've ever been to a Walmart or made a business decision where you picked the cheapest product.
