Actually, both incidents happened withing minutes of each other and in close proximity to one another.

Definitely shows that only trained professionals like police officers should be trusted with guns.

Key word there is ANOTHER. If a citizen did that they'd be under the jail. Police can use any type of force for their safety, what about our safety ? This is happening too often.

no they need to be prosecuted for public endangerment, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, and vehicular assault. THAT is what needs to happen! just like if one of us lowly civilians did the same thing.
