no they need to be prosecuted for public endangerment, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, and vehicular assault. THAT is what needs to happen! just like if one of us lowly civilians did the same thing.

i doubt it will go that far, the city will pay off the victims and have them sign a agreement saying that they will never talk about the shootings again. so i made a punishment that stood a chance of getting done
