Any Bicyclists in the house? Road? Mountain? Hybrid?

My best time last year before I got off the bike in the fall was 17.6 the first hour and then about 15-16 per hour after that. Now I'm wayyyyy off that pace of sho but I hope to hit 19mph averages before next winter. Of corse I am sure that WILL NOT happen if I don't get back on the bike.

Didn't get the usual fast group ride yesterday morning due to the rain. 7 of us did a 45 mile route this afternoon. Rome-Cave Spring-Cedartown-Rome. A great day to ride except for the wind, but hey it's March. 19.1 mph average for the whole route.

I got caught in that rain and spent about an hour in it. Ended up with 51 miles and soaking wet.
