Just did 15 miles. Resting and may do another lap if the heartburn will stop lol. Going around Stone Mtn on my MTB. I guess maybe I'll get back on the roadie next week.

Ok did the last lap. Ended up with 22 miles at a 13.4 average.
ON YOUR MTB? Wow.
MTB on the street. Not on the trails. I would be in the ER if I tried 15 on the trails lol.
I'm riding it until I get my legs and lungs back. I need the granny gears once I burn out.
Did a shorter 41 mile group ride today but 25 minutes were in my Zone 5 so I'm hurting a little. I need to take a few days off. Been going pretty hard for the last couple of months.
going out and around stone mountain is a little under 15 for me. used to do it regularly. would add another loop for an extra five. Hmm, need to wipe the dust off my bike now. this thread just might motivate me to get back out there
If your out of shape and slow I'll ride the mountain with ya.
