In NM it takes 6 months, cost 500 bucks to get, and you have to go through it again every 2 years.

Im clean. I have only had 1 speeding ticket in my life. My background checks when I buy a firearm always go through no problem. Im excited to get it done. I wont carry that much bc of my job.

I went yesterday to pick up two of the forms to fill out (I finally convinced my father it's worth having even if he never uses it, just to have just in case he should change his mind), and was told one form per person and it had to be filled out there, you could not leave the office with the form. Well I didn't have my 75 bucks on me so I'll have to go back again....How much does it cost in y'alls counties?

For Spalding Co.: It's 75 bucks and last for 5 years...

$75 Murray County and good for about 1,825 days. Got it in a week.

In Gwinnett County you can print out the application on-line and fill it out, all except the signature. You have to sign it in front of the clerk. The total cost is $80.

I renewed mine in Jackson co and had it back in six business days.

took 3 weeks for me in jackson county. because i had to come back and redo my prints they messed up.
