heck, it took Walton County a week to process. It was mailed last Wednesday and it STILL isn't here. I know a girl that works in the courthouse and should have had her hold onto it and give it to me in person.

It took about a month to get my carry license in Gwinnett County. When you apply the clerk will ask you to look over the actual printed "license" to verify that it is correct. When I looked it over I paid close attention to the spelling of my name and address but either it did not have the dates filled in or I missed that part. I think the dates may not have been filled in on the form. When I got my license in the mail it was effective almost a year before I actually applied. I turned in my application in December and when I got it in the mail the next month it showed the prior January as when it was effective. It may be that the clerk was just having a problem with the switch from 2010 to 2011. Just a word to the wise!
