Ar-15 Pistol legality as a Truck Gun

Leaving a weapon in a vehicle is a bad idea.
If it's stolen, odds are, you'll never see it again.
And how would you feel if your stolen gun were used in a crime?
Doubt most people are willing to spend the $$$ needed to truly secure it in their vehicle.
If you don't, then I believe your just another one of those irresponsible gun owners that we look down upon.

So because they are breaking the law gives me carte blanche to throw legality to the wind. I don't think that argument would hold up with an officer or in front of a Judge. "Well judge they were doing it so why can't I have a SBR with out a stamp?"

Keep it under the length restriction, use a pistol brace, and no forward grip. Car is an extension of your home in GA. I’m no lawyer, but figure if you stick to those you will be alright for the most part.
