All it takes is ONE witness to say that you had the short barrel on the rifle and its all over. .........Busted door, dead dog, road blocked for 12 hours while they search your home, no bond because you're a danger to society....you know, all those fun things a real felon gets to enjoy.


Then in hindsight all you had to do was pay the $200 and wait for the stamp.
