Dan Quinn is a good DC and the Falcons looked bad when he was HC calling the defense.

Arthur Smith was a good OC and the Falcons look bad when he is HC calling the offense.

Could be both of them are best suited at being a coordinator, peaking there.

He never "evolved" his defense.....He's still livin in the past with his accomplishment in Seattle......dude had like 3-4 potential hall of famers there.
