Depending on what your budget is, Tractor Supply carries the American SportWorks Trailwagon for a lot less than some of the others. I've had one for several years and use it for work and play.

One thing alot of people don't realize until they need it and don't have it is, 4 wheels disc brakes, and power steering. They make life so much more comfortable.

Forgot to mention, if I go the UTV route I figure I would probably want to do a 4 seater rather than 2 so the family can ride.

Cool, my in-laws were looking for a cheaper alternative for their cabin. I have one of those series engines on an old pressure washer and it starts on the first pull even if it sits for 1-2 years with old gas in it. Seem like robust engines.

Definitely UTV all the way, and you can find them used and in good condition all day long. I have a Yamaha Rhino, and it's great for work, play, and just general riding around. And add a winch as you will most certainly use it for all sorts of things.
