Beater EDC/CCW Thread....

I’m up late and reading articles all over the inter web and lots of pics of these pretty EDC’s Or CCW’s and wanted to see if I could find any pics of really wore down or hogpog type of carry guns and really couldn’t find any. I have nice revolvers as a few of you on here know but I carry probably my ugliest revolver the most which is a Colt Agent. Yeah, it’s worse than my Detective Special and that’s saying a lot. It’s pitted in the nickel in several places, front sight ramp has small chips but the thing is accurate out to 20 yards, timing is spot on, no push off and easy to carry. Oh, also has a 6 round cylinder too. Here are a couple of pics of it. If you carry a beater and aren’t afraid to show it off, drop a pic or two of it in the thread. Be fun to see what you guys depend your life on even though it may not be a looker!!!

That’s freaking awesome!!! How did you pull off getting it to only weight 3lbs? A bit of recoil I’d assume haha???

they are polymer, not a battle worthy weapon, but good for a "Disposable" AR, the break and internal buffering take almost all recoil and one hand shooting is not problem.

Hope we get more pics here. You are definitely right SouthSide - I see all these crazy EDC setups that look like "Tactical Glamour Shots" - I definitely like the carry setups that have some "character".

Nice. What is “Beater 1” a model 30, 31 or 36 or? Looks awesome good work. And what’s Beater 2 gonna be a model 60 or?
