Best Digital Night Vision Host

I just sold a thermal to a customer and it has peaked my curiosity into Digital Night Vision and Thermals. I've watched several videos on the Wraith and Neith and they look pretty legit, and much better target identification than thermal (up close at least).

I'm trying to decide what the best host would be for the useful range of the DNV.
I'm thinking:

556 16"
300 blk 10.5
22lr rifle
22mag rifle
MP7 (I wish)

All would be suppressed, not sure if flash effects DNV or thermal?

I kind of purposely left that off, because I was thinking the useable range/ others experience would have more influence on the cartridge / rifle selection. I can think of several things I could use it for, in order of priority; 1. Pest's / varmint in my yard 2. Coyote hunting in a field 3. May some hog hunting

I think you're working through this backward. Identify your objective, choose an appropriate chambering and match that with an optic that will allow you to accomplish your goal.
