Blood sugar problems? Read this.

This is a great video. I began intermittent fasting about ten days ago (I eat one meal per day, in one hour per day). My blood sugar has returned to completely normal. This is really good information.

I’ve lost 18.2 lbs in the last month on “lazy” keto. Just trying to eat meat, eggs, cheeses, lettuce, spinach and other greens. It’s been much easier than expected for completely cutting out sugars and bad carbs very few cravings, and when you have them there are keto desserts.

I've lost 10-12 lbs in about a month also, doing exactly the same as you. I will cave in and eat a bunch of carbs about every 10 days or so and I usually feel pretty damn awesome when I do. But then I will starve myself of carbs again. A lot of my joint pain has gone away and I don't have that afternoon crash like I used to either. I still eat all the food I want...I just try not to eat the bad stuff anymore.

I’ve really enjoyed the experience. At the begenning the first change I made was I started drinking a single cup of black coffee every morning, even though I can’t stand it to help me not want a coke, and it’s gone good from there.

I’ve really enjoyed the experience. The toughest change for me was that I started drinking a single cup of black coffee every morning, even though I can’t stand it to help me not want a coke.

I read that a lot. I'm not willing to give that up yet, I still drink my coffee (1 cup) with splenda and milk. But I've given up carbonated drinks completely and I really think that in itself has made a huge difference. There are times I really want a Coke or a diet Coke but I got all that bad stuff out of my house. I'd have to drive to get one lol...

The struggle is real for me. I've been bouncing back and forth. My cholesterol was 230, but that's down. Tryglycerides were down. BP is hanging around 140/90. I'd like to drop down to 220 (from 270). What kind of fasting schedule do you use? Only doing bread in the morning, sugar maybe once a week

Started keto diet with wife just over a week ago. It looks like I will be down over 11 pounds come tomorrow morning. I really do miss apples however. Eating 4 backyard chicken eggs, a few bacon crumbles, 1 slice of black forest ham, and co-jack cheese over the scrambled goodness. Starting to see the results; so have to keep the course for the wife's sake.
