I’ve lost 18.2 lbs in the last month on “lazy” keto. Just trying to eat meat, eggs, cheeses, lettuce, spinach and other greens. It’s been much easier than expected for completely cutting out sugars and bad carbs very few cravings, and when you have them there are keto desserts.
I’ve really enjoyed the experience. The toughest change for me was that I started drinking a single cup of black coffee every morning, even though I can’t stand it to help me not want a coke.
