The powder I've been using is Bluedot. It has a slow burn rate so it makes good use of that 16" barrel. Now in the pistol its a whole different beast, "Dragon's Breath" is the best way for me to describe it. I'll be loading some Nosler 135gr HP's for the pistol once I get some faster powder for the shorter barrel. Been looking for Power Pistol but it's hard to come by.

My first attempt at reloading was 40 SW with Blue dot and 135 gr Nosler HP loads for G22. It was accurate, but muzzle blast was close to two feet long. It sounded louder than my buddy' ported 44 magnum.
I have switched to Universal Clays and could not be happier.
