Bulldog vs Coyote

Guy I know has bulldogs he is mighty boastful about. He has three bulldogs and three other dogs at his place. Last night five coyotes came IN THE YARD and ripped them all new ones! Two bulldogs could barely hobble around today. Coyotes getting mighty brave around here.
going to get a bow hunter before its over. They getting brave with the numbers growing round here too!

I have had several people tell me that DNR released red wolfs a few years back. My buddy claims he shot one from his stand a few weeks back...any validity to that?

Sucks for your buddies dogs, hope they are OK. I'd go nuts if that happened.

I have 4 rottweilers, and there the sweetist dogs in the world, If the coyotes, so much as put a scratch on of of them, I'd be a baiting, trapping, shooting mofo in cobb county, cats vanish around here all the time, except the one who hangs out at our house, and we feed outside, and that I hate.... But if mr.fluffy gets out of the house around here, he is a goner.

dont know about what type of wolves they have out but was at a berry college hunt 2 years back and a guy dragged out a coyote with a tracking collar.

I'm building a house in Appling, right near Mistletoe state park. What can I do to check for yotes? I'm sure they are there ,lots of deer and hogs. Plus we have a pond.

I grew up on a farm in the midwest where coyotes were ever present. You can't hunt them out, and you can't trap them out. They are much smarter than people give them credit for. They are losing habitat just like other wild critters, and hey, they need to eat too. We routinely had yotes take calves, but that's the cost of doing business (or living) in their world. I have nothing but respect for them.
