WHAT'S TRUE: A California law effective January 2016 allowed family members to attempt to obtain a temporary restraining order restricting gun possession for relatives experiencing a mental health crisis.

i certainly hope we don;t get one of those laws approved here in goergia. all you need is some anti 2nd amendment relative pissed at you to make you fight for your own property back

Being from California and having spent time working in law enforcement, some folks find some of my stories unbelievable. Context my friend, context.

Another stunt being pulled is record searches of weapons purchased legally by citizens who subsequently either became felons, or married felons, or cohabitated with felons. Conducting raids on the homes to confiscate said firearms.
