NEGATIVE, DO NOT COUNT ON YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO HANDLE THIS FOR YOU!!!!!!!!! I know that they should be there for you to help take care of this for you, afterall, that is what you pay them for. I tried this one time and got the shaft all the way around. (from my insurance company and theirs). My opinion is this, hire a lawyer and look out for yourself!!!! And get a good one. Good luck.

Most lawyers will charge 33% commission. If you have a slam dunk case most will take 25% ask around it will put more cash in your pocket.
I talked to my insurance company...they will run with it....but I would need to meet my deductible of $500..... I am not sure how far they will take it.... I am not trying to get anything out of this but my health and my truck fixed. I do not want to pay for a dime of anything else.... I realize I am going to loose my time and gas driving around.... I am ok with that.... but I do not think I should pay any of the medical and or deductibles or car rental anything....
