Carry at Lakewood Amphitheater- Any metal detectors??

The wife and I are headed down there in a little while for Toby Keith- Does anybody know if there are metal detectors at the gates? Planning on carrying concealed but cant hide from a wand! Thanks for your reply

I can't remember if they wand but they do do a pretty good pat down from what I remember. So if you are going to carry I would hide it very well.

Update: For those who were wondering the answer- I ended up parking in the Amphitheater parking lot and it seemed pretty safe with a short walk to the gate. I chose to leave the gun in the truck and when I got to the gate they gave me a full pat-down including the ankles. It would be hard to conceal carry in there. I hate going unarmed but you got to play by the rules.

i got a decent sized folding knife in there the one time I went. No pat down for me.
