15 bean soup. I buy the “carver ham” from Sam’s or Costco and cut into bite size chunks. It affordable and has great flavor. I put 2 lbs in for each bag of beans. Instead of a can of diced tomatoes I put in a can of Rotel. Me and my girl will get 3 meals out of a bag and it gets better with each meal.

don't forget the cornbread!!!

A quick one is some chicken and dumplins, I just soft boil some chicken stock, add the premade dumpling strips you find in the freezer section. While that's cooking rip apart a rotisserie chicken. Add chickin at the end and a can of cream of chicken to thickin it up some. Super easy. Of course, add black pepper.
