Ate at Macon Pizza Company this weekend. They also sell just the dough balls. Oooooook, lemme get 2 of 'em.
Smaller one was supposed to be cheese sticks...but when I took it out of the oven, it was better off left as a cheese pizza so I cut it in half and split it with the wife. Man, I tell ya what! Perfectly crispy crust with the chewy center, just how I like it. I'll be doing this again!
The larger dough ball I made into a pepperoni pizza. It was great but not nearly as good as the smaller one. Maybe bc it needed to proof longer since it was a lot more dough?
