Never heared of such. :hungry:
When I cook polenta, I'm usually cooking shrimp and grits.
 
Sausage and chicken Gumbo, fried catfish, shrimp and hushpuppies.

If you haven't tried the Louisiana Gumbo mix you should. You can use whatever meat of seafood you like. Add whatever veggies you like. I use a veggies seasoning mix along with some okra. Chicken, sausage, and shrimp for the protein. It's good stuff. You can also use it with nothing added as a gravy to put over rice. It's especially good on dirty rice.
