Does anyone here wet shave?

Once a week. I don't shave weekends if I can help it, and by Monday morning shaving with the electric is a no-go... way too painful.

I just got a Merkur DE safety razor to replace my cheap Van Der Hagen. Man its like night and day. The weight is really nice on it, heavier than the VDH and its one where the top comes off, vs the butterfly design. What this does it puts a slight bend on the blade to where its angled down just slightly, vs the straight horizontal orientation of the VDH razor.

Mug up, brush, Williams mug soap.

However we also use hand soap with a pumice stone with the hand soap to remove all the dead skin, and then the mug soap, brush, and razor really gets your face clean and a very good close shave, ladies really like it, no beard burn...!!!

Like they say, you don't really miss something till it's gone. Had to start using a d*** electric ten years ago. Hate it. Get thru, and you feel like you still need to shave. D*** warfarin...
