I dont think the owner will have much problem in Burke county.
I would figure the feed store probably does a fair amount of business. While most I would think would be business related they may have florida hunters buying corn and such and most of that would be cash.

They are still pretty much "old school" in Burke County. I doubt that there will be any charges died against the store owner.
