Go to the sheriff's dept or county jail and give them $5.
So they normally have the correct cards?
They use the same cards as FBI. At least they did last time I went in to get it done.
I’ve found it pretty easy to do them myself. Supplies aren’t expensive, I get mine here:

Should this ORI be changed?
On the trust shop website it says it should be this...
You can order the cards from the ATF for free, and get the ink off amazon for like $10. Roll your own! Its not too difficult!
Problem with roll your own is that if they don't meet requirements they'll be rejected.
When I got my UT out of state permit decades ago it took three times to get a good set, and the instructor had done this lots of times.
I know when I did the Silencer Shop kiosk it took several times before it would accept all the prints.
I haven't done anything with ETF machines though. A lot of UPS Stores have them but I don't know how finicky they are.

Got my prints and cleo copy of the application dropped in the mail Saturday, now just waiting.
