First attempt at goose jerky

where did the goose come from? buy it or hunting? i'v never had goose but always wanted to try it. one of my neighbors is a damn yankee ( moved down here and stayed, just kidding, hes a really good guy) hes gets them from his brother that lives up north and hes says they are great.

Hunting. I don't think you can buy wild goose.

Just simply over thinking the cooking process. I am putting more in my marinade tonight. Hopefully this time I will get it right.
