Yeah- definitely don't shoot standard velocity 115s at first... I was like "what the hell?" I had much better results with 124 and 149 factory subsonics.
And the set up looks good! Glad to hear you had a fast turn around on the efiled stamp. Personally, the printed stamp doesn't bother me so much because I'll only see it once in a blue moon- the black and white copies probably all look the same.
