Format for Schedule A items

I read on here that in order for the trust to work when filing for a silencer, there needs to already be an item on the Schedule A. I figure I can add a shot gun of mine. How does the information need to be formatted as I type it in, or does it not really matter as long as the serial number is on there??

I listed a family heirloom and used quicken will maker and it just put 1. And listed it how I had it. I added my suppressor as #2.

I didn't put anything on my schedule A until I received my supressor. Was that wrong? My trust was e filed and everything came back alright.

I wouldn't put your shotgun on there, b/c it then becomes property of the trust. I put a book in my trust .

I went through QRF myself, very satisfied with them!

Would that make any difference if I am the settlor/grantor, and the trustee?

I did the same. Had no issues getting approved.
