High volume low prices is the key if you are going to survive against the Palmetto State Armory’s, AIM Surplus, etc.

Also make sure people can see the prices of the guns without interacting with the staff. If I walk into any kind of store and I can’t see prices I turn around and leave.

I'm currently working on getting pricing and inventory back to where it was. I have two good employees that are good with guns and knowledgeable on Saturdays. I'm arranging to have a gun smith on sight. It will take me some time to get the store back up.

There was an Outdoors store there before it was ever a Pawn shop,Outback. And was a plumbing supply before that.But good luck to the new owner and new adventure
