Come to think of it, the GSG-5P barrel is 9". So you'd be better off just getting the rifle barrel chopped down to the proper MP5-SD 5.7" I guess you'd also have to do a little bit of chopping in the SD handguard to fit a suppressor. But if you've got the bucks, you could totally build one of these.

I think the reason they quit was price. They were pretty expensive I think.
