I hope they add ambi controls. Slide release is such a pain in the ass for a big left hand

As long as it's the same as the FBI's new Glock M, which most folks are speculating, then it will have an ambi- slide release. I'm hoping a normal slide release will be compatible.

I'm glad they got rid of the finger grooves... that was my only real problem with Glocks.

Cant wait for the price on older Gen 3s to drop, or Gen 4s if they do too.

Glock makes a visible difference across all models to help easily identify age. This will become very useful and is probably one of the reasons for doing this. When the gen one Glocks have all expired and been deemed for destruction they will all be easily recognizable. There will be no serial numbers to look up. The next batch to head to the crusher will be gen 2 and so on. Remember, there are no heirloom Glocks.

I messed with the Gen 5 on Tuesday. Picked it up, put it down. Meh. Could have shot it, but honestly after having my P10 I couldn't care less about a stock Glock anymore.
