I cannot say that I have. Perhaps the weather does play a role in the weight of fat, but if you kill a buck in mid-November he doesn't have ANY fat, just muscle.

I agree & can't argue that. A hyde weighs a ton up there compared to down here.I am calling B.S. The fat between the hide and skin is very well built up in Mid Nov.....
