What is the earliest you can renew? Mine expires in January.

I believe its 90 days before, I could be wrong.
I know I did mine like a month and a half before it expired.

I renewed mine 2 years ago in Hall, so fast,so easy. I think I got mine in just a bit over 2 weeks.

As I understand, the renewal window is 90 days before and 30 days after expiration. If you wait 31 days after expiration you have to start over just like a new applicant.

Had my renewed WCL delivered in just over two weeks from Cobb count probate office. You can renew up to 60 days prior if I'm not mistaken. You keep your old permit until the new one arrives.

There are 13 Constitutional Carry states, a couple of them recently became that way. Why couldn't we see this in GA or on a national level?

Just renewed mine in Cobb and had a good experience. Office was empty and they even had mailed it to me for free as I forgot to bring a SASE. Cant remember how long it took, just a couple of weeks.
