Gun shop shootout in Miss.

oh..yeah..$25 is great bargain for positive words of mouth advertising..

Problem is the next time he wants you diagnose the problem(s)on his gun and doesn't want to pay the $25 fee?..What then?(cuzz ya know, you didn't charge me that last time?)
I'm not a lawyer, but pretty sure it IS legal to shoot him then...at least in the elbow.

I could be wrong about that, but I know what you're talking about...believe me. It can be a delicate dance, but having someone leave extremely upset should be the absolute last resort. I'm sure I'm not breaking new ground with that statement.

It's also true that different clientele require different skill sets. Fo sho.

We disagree(and I'm not a lawyer either..but I sure Pay$$ one)

His advice?..Set policy(in stone)and adhere to it.(period)

Or treat 2 customers differently and pay him $10,000 of thousands to defend your almost certain upcoming lawsuit(s)..

$25 is the real chump change here..and I'm sure it was on his ticket when he dropped off his gun(s)..Why are we looking at it as if the business owner should have waved it?..The customer should have paid it(as agreed)
