How can I clean out a fuel tank without removing it?

Picked up one last year, after taking the tank off I realized that it would have been impossible to clean unless it was sent to a pro. Changing the tank saved hours and tons of gas filters.

old Hondas used to have drain plugs on their
tanks...kinda wished they still did that.

ive heard that seafoam works good for cleaning
a tank,doubt it will work any miracles though.

you should drop it to see what you're working
with.
