I can't even call someone an idiot, when they're clearly an idiot.
Listen the ATF is back by Congress and Congress passed the NFA. We just need to respect the rules the ATF passed. We don’t want to see anyone get in trouble.

FTFY. You whining about it and calling people out for not complying or not caring about it is just as sorry as the atf ruling. Folks that do stuff like that is why we are watching out rights get trampled.I have high hopes that this will all be quashed in the courts. This is probably the worst ATF rule in decades, and that includes the bump-stock one.
Still, it is what it is. I'm not about to start shredding any braces I may or may not own, but the point of this thread was that it's pretty AMERICAN for folks to ignore the current legal situation around them.
You're correct, I shouldn't have followed you into the name calling thing. Apologies on that. We should be able to discuss things without sinking to that level.
This whole thread was started because I saw a few (newer) members post up braces and braced guns right after the ruling. To me that was simply taking advantage of folks that might not have seen the news.
Rubbed me the wrong way.
Remember the ad that the IRS took down. So, now we know what that request to hire 87,000 new armed ‘IRS’ agents was really about.
No **** Great Idea😁😁😁😁😁😁I think I will just have my staff of lawyers stash my braces in the garage until this all blows over, or maybe my library or maybe my office.
Negative, their craziness states that any pistol with a brace on it is now considered a SBR. They give 3 options. Either pay tax stamp for an SBR and keep it, give Them your gun and brace for Free! Or it states simply take the brace off if I'm not mistaken.Yes, according to the new rule... Pretty sure it is.
