How much ammo is satisfactory

Ya that ammo weighs a ton. I shop around and pay regular price for all my ammo. I see people paying these marked up prices on here and it is disturbing. All it takes is a little effort in shopping on line and keeping up with your local WalMart and you will find all the ammo you need. It will take time to build an inventory but it can be done and at regular ammo prices.

I just picked up 3 more boxes of 00 buck from Walmart today.

I don't have ANY ammunition, at all. I don't even like guns.

But IF I did like guns, and had any ammo, I think I would try to have:

5.56 - 30 loaded 30 round AR mags + another 4000 rounds in sealed ammo cans
9mm - 5 loaded 33 round Glock mags, 16 loaded 17 round Glock mags, 10 loaded Beretta mags, 5 loaded S&W mags + another 4000 rounds in sealed ammo cans
22LR - somewhere more than 10,000 - I would stop counting at 10,000 after having sold over 5000
22 magnum - 2500 rounds
12 gauge - 250 round case of 00 Buck (not enough), 200 slugs (not enough) No idea how many bird shot.
arrows - only about a dozen crossbow arrows - I'm going to have to work on that.

But that would only be IF I had guns. Y'all KNOW I sell any I get........

Wonder what the fire department would say?
Your insurance agent?
The king and uncle Joe Biden?

Speaking of uncle Joe, I wonder if he thinks it's OK to carry a couple rounds to reload after the warning shots?

My motto was buy it cheap and stack it deep. Too bad there is no such thing as cheap ammo any more .
