A lot of us have already been through it. There will be a turn over for the first 2-3 years, even more if rules are not spelled out and enforced from the word go.

Yes sir been through it all with clubs.Last one I had was a Joy 5 members and had a great time.Landowner pulled the land away for more money

Ok fellas. There's 256 acres in Floyd that's available first come, first served. Along Hwy 100, just West of Berry near the Chattooga line. Lease cost including liability policy is $2560. Insurance is mandatory per the landowner. I already run one lease owned by them and they seem to have their crap straight.
I'm considering getting it and putting 6 members on it @ $427 each. Family based of course. If you want to go view it let me know. The tract is posted as available on a first come, first serve basis.
