I'm going to try, I'm about to walk out my door. Hopefully rain won't get to bad.

I don't hunt when it rains, I want to enjoy my time in the woods and the rain doesn't help.

In the woods in the rain now, in normal jacket and snow pants. Im out in the open rain in a stand no cover at all. My rifle gets wet, in thesetemperatures im not worried about a freeze up. When i get back to the house i strip it down and dry it. Never had a problem in the past and i have usually had reall good luck hunting when.its raining. Especially stalk hunting cause i can become a ghost with the wet ground softening my steps..

I enjoy hunting in the rain, its calming to me. Which is great considering im about to have to.go to work and will be forced to work in it.
